All of our land clearing, dirt work, grading, pipe work, surveying, and road base services are performed and supervised by our well trained and skilled in house forces. For our large material trucking needs, asphalt paving, concrete work and striping we use some of the best specialty subcontractors in central Florida. We employ an average of 125 full time employees. We have dedicated crews that each specialize in their area of site work. These include land clearing, dirt and earth moving, grading, pipe, road base, surveying, and punch out crews. All of our crews are manned with a foreman and all of our projects are overseen by an on-site superintendent. We have a full service shop facility with experienced mechanics to service and maintain all of our trucks and heavy equipment. In addition, we also have a trucking division which handles all of our equipment moving and dump truck needs. White's Site Development, Inc always practices workplace safety.
